Stayed for three nights in a Standard Triple Room. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the town center and close to the train station. The staff were extra helpful, and the shower pressure was great! Just felt a bit uncomfortable around the nearby fast food crowd.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
The location was fantastic, just 8 minutes from the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and tips for exploring the area.
Breakfast lacked variety, mainly pastries and cheeses. The room temperature control was inconsistent, leading to discomfort .

surprising & nice hotel, ideal location in a seedy part of town, pleasant staff. huge and brand-new rooms with coffee made to order, all amenities plus comfortable beds. lots of great options for meal. great experience there.

The room was spotless and huge with comfortable beds, we stayed in all day. The location was easy and ideal and ideal for what we needed, it was right by a train station. Explored walls of Grosseto, that is located just a short walk away from the hotel.

Strong shower pressure, spacious rooms, decent-sized luggage stand
The parking process could use clearer signage or better organization!!! The overpowering smell of bleach while cleaning is off-putting!!! It's frustrating that the Wi-Fi connection sometimes falters!!! The outdated decor in certain areas is really disappointing!!!

Fairly clean property, excellent staff. Perfect location for our visit to Piazza Dante within easy walking distance of the hotel. Also located next to a train station.

The staff is very friendly, welcoming and nice. We were greeted by Martina, one of the receptionists and when we left we were served coffee, offered croisants (though we were much too early for breakfast)and candies "for the trip back" by the very nice gentleman at the reception. An excellent first and last impression.

Clean and quiet room with amazing shower pressure. Loved the complimentary water and the spacious atmosphere. Good amenities like a minibar and free toiletries. Staff was super helpful! Spa facilities were a nice bonus too. Perfect spot if you're exploring the area.

The hotel has a much privileged location. It is only a few steps from the train station , and the bus terminal is just in front of the hotel. It is very close to the city center. The frontdesk staff were very cooperative and warming. The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Nuova Grosseto to any friend o anybody. Thank you for everything.
